  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • ¼ tsp ground allspice

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin purée, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt until smooth and well combined.



  • Pour the pumpkin custard mixture evenly over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure the bread absorbs the liquid.
